Presentation of golf prizes at Broadway

CLUB captain Ray Cordes and ladies captain Jenny Bruton carried out the annual presentation of prizes in front of a well-supported and appreciative audience in the clubhouse at Broadway.

It was stressed that, without the dedication and commitment of competition secretaries, Chris Wright and Jude Vidler, none of the annual tournaments would have taken place.

In addition to the annual trophy presentations, the captains of the two Ladies League teams, Pauline O'Hagan and Pat Righton, received on behalf of their teams the trophies presented by the Gloucester County Ladies Alliance in respect of their promotions during the past season.

Also presented with their trophy and congratulated on their success were the winners of the Mixed Greensome Knockout, Mike and Linda Everitt who overcame Geoff and Jen Doran in the final.
