MARRIED in a civil ceremony at the Dormy House Hotel, Broadway was Stephen John Whatcott, youngest son of Mr David and Mrs Margaret Whatcott of Ashton-under-Hill and Rachel Ann Field, only daughter of Mr Ronald and Mrs Jean Field of Hampton, Evesham.

Given away by her father the bride wore an ivory, silk chiffon rouched bodice with matching fishtail skirt and train. She carried a bouquet of white calla lillies, lilac lisianthus and orion eryngium.

She was attended by Erin and Olivia Mills and Charlie and Sam Mills, the grooms cousins were page boys. The best men were Nicholas Whatcott, the grooms brother and Alex Bedwell the grooms best friend with John Field, the brides brother, being the usher.

Following an afternoon and evening reception at the Dormy House Hotel, the couple honeymooned in Paris and Venice.
