CHRISTMAS came early for Shipston Home Nursing when a fundraising event generated at least £5,700.
The two-day Christmas gift fair was held at Ettington Community Centre, where 740 people perused some 60 stalls run by people from across Britain.
Visitors also enjoyed homemade biscuits and soup and listened to Ilmington Junior Choir, led by Karen Gaymond, singing Christmas carols on one of the days.
Shipston Home Nursing provides hospice care for terminally ill people in their own homes.
