A VILLAGE pub that has started to brew its own beer will be offering pints at half price tomorrow.

The Lamb Inn at Great Rissington will brew three different ales in its own, newly established brewery.

The pub’s current crop of brews are BBB, Paul’s Perfect Pint and Lamb’s Lovely Ale.

Pub landlord Paul Gabriel said: “It is what we used to do many years ago, so it is part of our heritage. It is part of our tradition.

“We have tested our regulars on some of our trial brews and the verdict from everyone is that it is the best beer they have ever tasted.”

The new ale will be introduced during a half-price happy hour at The Lamb between 7pm and 8pm tomorrow, Friday.
