Bengeworth group celebrates 40th birthday

MEMBERS of a Bengeworth group have met to celebrate their 40th birthday with an anniversary dinner at Evesham Golf Club.
St Peter’s Ladies Group got together to mark the occasion on Tuesday, November 18. The group began life as St Peter’s Young Wives and was formed by Mrs Barbara Moxon and they met twice a week with talks, activities and outings.
Some of the founder members of the group are still involved today but the group now meets on the third Tuesday of the month in Bengeworth Church House at 8pm.
